Private Lessons - Terms and Conditions

Refunds can only be requested within up to ten calendar days before the start of the agreed timetable, by writing to fernando@funwithbrazilianportuguese.com
If the student decides to cancel the purchased package less than 10 days before the first lesson a gift voucher for the full amount will be provided to be used on one of the online courses available on the website.
If the student decides to cancel the remaining lessons after the first lesson, a gift voucher for the number of remaining lessons will be provided, to be used on one of the online courses available on the website.
Packages of 5 lessons: Students can cancel one lesson (provided I'm given 24 hours' notice) and have it attached as an extra week at the end of the initially agreed schedule.
Package of 10 lessons: Students can cancel up to 2 lessons (provided I'm given 24 hours' notice) and have them attached as extra weeks at the end of the initially agreed schedule.

Live Courses - Terms and Conditions

For courses that are delivered live (as opposed to courses with pre-recorded lessons), refunds can only be requested within up to ten calendar days before the start of the course by writing to fernando@funwithbrazilianportuguese.com
Students are expected to have their camera and microphone on during live lessons and take active part of the activities.
In the event that the minimum number of students for the course to run is not reached, students who had already enrolled on the course will be given a full refund.
Non-attendance of classes due to illness, technical difficulties, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, extra tuition or transferral to another class.
Students must be 18+ years old.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance. Students who are not considerate or respectful of others may be asked to leave the course. Where a student has been asked to leave a course or excluded from the Academy, fees will NOT be refunded.


General Terms and Conditions
